Abstract

The role of people in resistance economy is very prominent. The first macroeconomic policy of the resistance economy is dedicated to the activation of all facilities and financial resources and human and practical capitals of the country. In this section of the announced policies of the resistance economy, it is specifically emphasized on maximizing the participation of the members of the society in economic activities. Basically, it is impossible to imagine a resistance economy without people and their roles. In this article, in a descriptive way, the conceptual framework of people-oriented for the operationalization of general policies of the resistance economy has been explained. In the resistance economy, on the one hand, the people are the subject of the relevant economic policies and the effect of economic measures reaches them in a special way, and on the other hand, they should actively play a role in the resistance economy and provide the grounds for its goals to emerge and benefit from its blessings; Therefore, there are two roles of resistant people and resilient people in the resistance economy for the people. In the first dimension, which focuses on strengthening people at the individual level, it has also paid special attention to resistance economy policies. People have not yet reached an acceptable level of security and economic comfort, it is obvious that they cannot play a proper role in the macro level and national economy. These resistant people should play an economic role in the national economy and move the country's economy. This dimension, which is several times more important than the first dimension, has been interpreted as a resilient people. Resilient people move towards the goals of resistance economy with motivation towards economic plans and programs and showing their will to support them.
